1. Who we are

The data controller is hdevlatam, developer of the KickMind application. Contact: developerslatamh@gmail.com.

2. Data we collect

KickMind collects the minimum amount of data necessary:

• Game progress (unlocked players): stored locally on your smartwatch using Preferences. Not sent to any server.
• User identifier: a randomly generated UUID on your device. It does not contain personally identifiable information.
• Email address (optional): if you choose to sign in with HUAWEI ID, your email is obtained through Huawei's Account Kit and stored locally on your device. It is not transmitted to our servers.

3. Data we do NOT collect

KickMind does not collect:

• Health data (heart rate, calories, steps)
• GPS location
• Contacts, photos or files
• Browsing history
• Advertising identifiers

4. HUAWEI ID account

Signing in with HUAWEI ID is completely optional. If you choose to use it, authorization is handled through HarmonyOS Account Kit. KickMind only requests access to the email scope. Your HUAWEI ID password is never accessible to KickMind.

5. Local storage

All game information is stored in the smartwatch's Preferences system. If you uninstall the application, all data is permanently deleted.

6. No cookies, tracking, or ads

KickMind does not use tracking cookies, does not integrate advertising SDKs, does not send analytics events to third parties, does not display ads.

7. Data transfer

KickMind does not transmit personal data to external servers. The only network communication is HUAWEI ID authentication (managed by the HarmonyOS operating system, not by KickMind).

8. Your rights

You have the right to: (a) not sign in with HUAWEI ID and use the app with an anonymous UUID; (b) uninstall the application at any time, which deletes all data; (c) ask what information we hold about you (answer: none, everything is stored on your device); (d) lodge a complaint with the data protection authority of your country.

9. Minors

KickMind is a football trivia game suitable for all ages. It does not collect personal data from minors or any other user. If you are a parent or guardian and have any concerns, please contact us.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The current version is always at https://kickmind.hdevlatam.tech/privacy.
